I had been using my husband's exercise tubing during exercise classes via zoom but I found many of the exercises to be difficult because the tubing was much too long. This tubing is the perfect size that allows me to hold the handles and not need to hold the tubing itself or wrap it around my hands to shorten for more resistance. It has made a huge difference! I was also glad to see that it cost about 1/3 the price of the tubing I saw in a sporting goods store. I highly recommend it for shorter people like me at 5'3" tall.
