WARM TIPS Our trays are crafted from 100% walnut wood, which inherently exhibits the natural characteristic of expanding and contracting with temperature changes. During winter, the wood may undergo slight contraction, leading to an apparent increase in the gap between the boards. This is a natural property of wood and not indicative of a product quality issue. To prevent potential deformation due to thermal expansion and contraction, we intentionally incorporate a certain amount of spacing during the manufacturing process. Given that our trays are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in the spacing, but this does not compromise the overall quality of the product.

This tray is perfect for a large ottoman. Well constructed, beautiful wood, very substantial. And the customer service! I ordered this item early December and the carrier had delivery issues. Didn’t look like it would make it here for Christmas, if at all. Contacted the seller for help and they immediately shipped out another tray which arrived in just a few days. Of course, the first order arrived shortly after Christmas. Seller sent a pre paid return, and I sent first one back. No questions, no hassles! Very appreciative, and love the tray.
